Rwenzori Fauna – Wildlife in Rwenzori Mountains

The Rwenzori Mountains host a remarkable variety of wildlife. Some of the animals that live in the park include: forest elephants, chimpanzees, Rwenzori colobus monkeys, blue monkeys and hyraxes.

Bird lovers will also find paradise here since the park is a home to over 200 bird species, including several that are endemic to the Albertine Rift.
